charging worthlessly
i have not downloaded any games while using airtel no. Though the company(airtel) has charged me.i hv complaint it's customer care officers bt no problem is solved.

Connectivity Problems
I have been Airtel customer since the past 3 years. I made a complaint regarding connectivity problems in Sept 2010 and then again in Dec 2010. I have a billing of Rs 2000+ a month. No one has attended to my complaints. Whenever I call the customer center they say the last complaint was cancelled. Not only is the mobile service disastrous, the customer service too sucks.

illegally debiting money without using services
My mob. no is +91-9816066045, . This no. was taken on dated 08/12/2010 from Himachal Pradesh. Since that day airtel starts their
value added services by its own, and when we go with the customer care then they say its not our fault and value that deducted can not reverse. One customer care Ex. Mr. Om Prakesh ( Chandigarh Branch ) was told to intract with their Senior then he puts the line hold up to 30min. and can't pick the same. Many time 198 ( complaint helpline ) also not connected.
Take a serious action against this complaint.

outgoing call/ sms barred
It's been a more than half a year im using my airtel number. But few days ago, the OUTGOING CALL/ SMS is BARRED. My sim still have enough balance load remaining. I tried to call the customer care several times and they told me to contact the prepaid services. When I dial the 121, i always connected to post paid services. I'll be leaving India TOMORROW MORNING going to other country. Can anyone out there in AIRTEL assist me? I highly appreciated your prompt response. Thank you in advance.

I purchased a airtel prepaid no. 8527216007 on 28 November form Spice Comm. (Hot -Spot)Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. and I submitted my document then my no. was activate first time but after 5, 6 days i got a massage from airtel that please submit your document from where you purchased this no. then i submitted again my document at Spice (hot-spot) sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. but after submitted document today 15 days past but my no. is not activate then i called to customer care, they told me that your document is not reach therefore your no. can not be activate then contact to Spice Comm. (Hot -Spot) Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana but they showed me document receiving by the airtel distributer who collect the form and told me that what ever you want to do, you can.
