I am fed up with the messages from airtel, AL-121312, Al-airtel, LM- SLUKW, LM-IIFL, LM -AKSHAYA, AL-543212, RC30FTT, TD-SMART ETC, ETC. Please block all kind of messages from such sources.

non-receipt of bills
I had requested Airtel to provide me with LL connection along woith Broadband facility. This facility was provided to me some 3 months back. I have been requesting the company to provide me with copies of monthly bills either on my e-mail or through post which has not been done till now though I have made payment of bills on the basis of SMS received on my cell. Kindly have this issue sorted out at the earliest.

Regarding Airtel login ID and Password.
Respected Sir,
I Rishi Kumar J, hereby have a complaint regarding airtel login and password, I couldn't open my airtel account, because of which I am not able to check my Broadband usage and other facilities. Also Airtel asured a Reebok gift on every broadband connection which I haven't received yet, So I hereby request to accept my complaint and do the needful.

I Lalit Bansal S/O Mr M.R. BANSAL R/O sec-13 urban estate karnal had issued a number 0184-2020825 for new broadband connection through your staff, Mr. Naveen Kumar(mobile no. -9996044005) and Mr. Dinesh Kumar(mobile no. -9896278171) while signing the new connection application form..I request to Mr. Naveen to give me a number 0184-xxx4444...and he promised me concerned with his senior boss Mr. Dinesh Kumar that it will be done with 15 days or less...afterwards, he showed no interest to allot me the desired number and simply said that in panipat one munber is free which is desired by you and we had put a mail request to the company to allot you the same number, which we can do. next is upon the company mercy. but i cant recognice any response even after 2 wriiten complains rexpectly dated on : 22-09-2010 and 02-11-2010.If this is the type of deal from your side then I am sorry to say I will not continue as a customer any further with your company.

sim card problem

i suresh babu i have purchased a new sim card with number (9000444013) and got activated but the airtel excutives were demanding me to drop the number and they were herasing me and the herased person's number is (9849612345) so please kindly make justice for me

Horrible service
Purchased airtel sim on 10 nov, Airtel cut my connections on 21 nov without any message or alert. Went to Airtel office on 22dec, they gave me duplicate sim and said they will take 3-4 days to activate. Till 2nd dec my Phone dint get activated. Went again to Airtel office, which airtel executive initially said he dint know where my application form is and told me to resubmit application form., then i looked some pile of forms kept on the table where i found my my Duplicate sim form was still lying on the table, as they dint do anything with it. After requesting executive 50 times, he finally said he is reinstalling the sim. But after that only my outgoing calls were activated and that also at Rs 1.5 per call whereas i had Rs 250 left in my sim @ call rate 1p/sec. Till date 11 dec my incoming is still barred and i cant send message to anyone. Regarding this call rate airtel executive asked me to call sm1 at 51111 from airtel office only. I called him n told problem and then he asked me to hold and never picked up phone again ..i kept calling him 10 times. Airtel executive name is Surendra his number is 9717578336. I went twice on 5 and 6 dec and he said problem will be fixed in 1 day. and now he dont pick call
Is airtel trying to push their loyal customers to permanently switch to other account? When i went to airtel office 50 other customer were there who have same problem that their prepaid number has been cut off by airtel
I have been harassed too much as by airtel. Time to move to consumer court to get some relief. Thanks airtel for such horrifying experiecne.

balance deduction
Hello Sir,
Our Airtel mobile numbers are 9975024132 & 9730865582
The service 'Marathi portal' is activated on the same numbers from approximately 2-3 months & till they cut balance of Rs 40/-.& also they not given any intimation for the balance deduction for this service. But we was not activated this service.
So I requested to customer care executive for refund my balance but they not accept their mistake & not return my balance. It's not fair. Finally I complain on your site.
This problem of balance deduction is occurs for many numbers for the same service.
So finally I want my balance back as early as possible.

Shifting of nos
0124-4143952/51/50
We have applied for the shifting of these numbers on 3rd Dec and then following up everyday. everyday, new information that issue has been closed, wait for 24 hrs, wiring is done, system not working, somebody will call you soon etc etc but nothing is happening. I called up again, now siftware updating is going on so no information can be provided. We are just not able to shift to our new place due to non shifting of numbers and loosing money everyday. I do not know whom to call, can anyone help?

Phone not working
My land line is not working, I assum it can be instrument fault. I complained on 7.12.10 and received the complain no.40591084, on next day I recived the message on my cell that complained has been resolved, I shocked that no body visited my place and the problem was still there then how could thay send the message of solving the issue. On 8.12.10 I again complained, then also I was given new complain no.40617812 and a promise was given that by next( 9.12.10) issue shall be resolved. It is unfortunate that 9.12.10 also passed and no body came. Due you call this aworld class service, that a phone is not in function for last three days and AIRtel is closing old comlains as solved providing new complain numbers to hide its unprofessional attitude & service.
