My airtel landline number is 044-43523538. i am not getting proper bills and monthly bills coming around 2000 rupees . i dont have to use that much . i need detailed bills for last from august.i am using unlimited plan . there is no chance to get this amount . pls send bills through my mail id.or my address as per ur record.

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid card of Airtel.
I am facing following problem:
Airtel activates certain services e.g. radio mirchi pack without taking concern whether I am interested to activate such service or not. It deducts the balance for such service. When I contact to airtel customer care, I get reply that I have activated such services when there is a call from Airtel for the activation of such service. Even Airtel do not refund me the money deducted for such service.

I want to know what can be done in a such matter?

Suggestion from my side:
Company should send a SMS whether customer want to activate such service, and if Customer's reply is YES then only such services should be activated.

ON 25TH OF NOVEMBER A MSG SENT TO ME BY AIRTEL CO. THAT RECHARGE WITH RS.111 N U'LL GET 111 RS WITH 30DAYS VALIDTY,
N THE SAME DAY I RECHARGED MY NUMBER N I GO ONLY 10 DAYS VALIDITY.
& WEN I CALLED FOR COMPLAINTS CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES SAYS WE R SENDING UR COMPLAINT TO OUR SENIORS.
AFTER SAME 4 CALLS I TOLD THEM I WANNA TALK TO UR SENIORS N THEN THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD FO 20 MINUTES . WHAT THE HELL IS GOOING ON ?
WHY U R NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY TO UR CUSTOMERS I INCREASE VALIDITY OF MY NUMBER FOR 20 DAYS,
OTHERWISE I'LL GO TO CUNSUMER COURT...
