outgoing call not functioning
Dear Sir, My mobil number is 9840691626 of Airtel Service. From yesterday (ie 01 Dec 2010) onwards outgoing calls not functiong. In this regards today (02 Dec 2010) I submitted my application to Airtel office, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chaennai - 24. My Application form number is 1597359. Please activate my mobile number 9840691626 immediately.

rude behaviour of representatives
Its regarding the rude behavior of customer services reps despite the fact its not customers fault the dont have valid and logical answer...
Whenever we make a call in customer care so no genuine answer given to us.

Activation of Airtel Blog(Bhajji) automatically
Hi, I have just got an SMS from 520051010 saying "Thank you for subscribing to Airtel Blog (Bhajji). You have been charged Rs 10 for 30 days. To unsubscribe, SMS UNSUB Bhajji to 52000."
But the issue is that I have not made any such request or subscription from my side. I don't know what I should do because the customer care service is also not toll free and they suck all your time in asking useless questions. Please suggest what to do. My phone no is 919810946492.

Network issues/voice call drops
I have using Airtel services for so many years, but since last 12 months, I have been regularly communicating to the customer center, Appallete authority, regarding poor service quality. Till date, the issue is not yet resolved and I have been told that a new site is planned in next 3 months...what is happening Airtel...you need to focus on improving consumer lives...I have been patient for long, but, the services are really getting into nerves. Being a loyal consumer, does not really help...services are not improving, neither the responses from appallette or customer services are good. DO SOMETHING, OR, with the number portability, AIRTEL does not stand in good position. I can share the call reference numbers which has been logged by me.

very poor service
My mother is using airtel service from a few years, n shes not a technology loving person. She can't even do a sms on her own. The airtel services by whatever ways started total 3 services on her mobile that are start of the day, celeb gossip, and 1 more. They cut daily 1 rs and 2days before i talked with customer care personnel regarding the service and told him to close that which he said will get closed soon. Today morning airtel cut 30 rs and on contacting the 198 no, the executives said that talk with supervisor on phone which never got connected and after trying for several times still i ve not found my solution.

service activats automatically
Dear sir,
Unknown services has been activated on my cell for long. I had to cancel it manually all the time.Amount is being deducted every time even without any warning etc.Sometime i need amount in cell and checked it in minus.
And their customer care service is very poor.I am fed up of these kind of service.
Because of amount in minus i am not able to even call customer care.And in office not possible to get it charge.
Do the needful at your earliest.

unauthorised charges
my mobile no. 9898153287 in the name of Narotambhai thakker company is sending business sms everyday I have complained in the out late of company sitiutated at v.v nagar road opp big bazar vallabh vidya nagar Aanad gujrat. Company is also deducting one rupees every day & Rs. 15/- monthly for Ringtons which d 'ont want I have also complained I am senor citizen Iam facing financial problem Kindly stop all these with immediate effect
otherwise I will go in consumer form
