Mobile tOWER
I would like to note a complaint regarding mobile tower which located a near by my house we are facing lot of problem with this as all are aware that this is very harmful for helth, we have already file a case in court on Co and JDA but from long time this is pending kindly suggest

i am airtel user and i received missed call from +923477983362 from three time i don't know how pakistani people manage to get our mobile number definitely our details is sell from service provide to make money regardless of taking consideration of customer problem

AIRTEL Relationship centre not treating customers properly
Hi,
I would like raise a complaint against below AIRTEL Relationship centre
Reach Telecommunication
no 511 gst road chromepet, Near Vettri theatre, chennai - 600044 Chennai
I had a bitter experience with them.
The timing of bill collection in website & AIRTEL Relationship centre notice boards are mentioned as 9.30a.m to 8.00p.m., but reality is they close all the billings before 8.00p.m, particularly 7.45p.m itself. I happened to reach the above centre at 7.50p.m & they told me that they have closed collecting bills. When I asked about the timing mentioned in the board, they have told that they want to leave exactly at 8.00p.m so that they are closing billings at 7.45p.m itself, there were total of 5 to 6 customers waiting for paying bills who have come exactly at that time, they have refused to take any of their payment. they have also not treating the customers properly. They are insisting not to speak because thay say so. They have not even cared for the customers call. I have been using AIRTEL (Below number) for the past 5 years & I never experienced this insult from any of the customer care services

SIR
I WAS USING AIRTEL SIM FROM 6 YEARS.THAT SIM WAS RECHARGED WITH 999 RS FOR LIFE TIME.VALADITY GIVEN BY THE COMPANY 2023. BUT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION SIM MADE INVALID.AFTER CONTACTING COSTOMER CARE THEN ANSERED ME THAT U HAVE N USE 200 PER SIX MONTH SO YOUR CONECTION CLOSED. ACORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE THAT TIME THERE WAS NO ANY CONDITIONS WITH 999 RECHARGE. SO PLEASE HELP ME.

Balance reduce
I have been using airtel number for last 4 year. Over 1 month i am facing many problem relating to balance reduce but hospite of many complains it was not sloved . Now when i an asking why my balance is reduce but i did not get any satisfactory answer. Please kindly slove this .

All department is working in silo and giving false commitment.
For them customer seems to be burden... And you become government company..not good for you.

DUPLICATING SIM
My airtel prepaid mobile number is 9560574578, On 24 september, duplicate airtel sim was issued to me by ahuja airtel, opp m2k rohini. today is 27 september my sim is not working, it show me Inactive sim. i called to customer care, customer care executive say that my sim is working incoming and outgoing is active from their side & contact where from you purchase that sim. I contact to airtel outel but they always say that your sim will active with in 2 hours but my sim is not active yet. can anybody help me & active sim.
