non reciepts of bill & not responding
1. not recieving bills for my post paid connection 9501004625, despite repeated requests . the only answere given is 'we have already despatched '. have been paying bills based on sms recieved, however am not able to verify the authenticity/correctness.
2. have spoken thrice to customer care executive but to no avail despite assurances.
3. with effect from 28 aug 2010, i 've four times put in request for discontinuation of isd facility on my connection but despite confirmation that the same will be discontinued within next 48 hours nothing has been done till now.
4. planning to surrender my connection at first opputune moment.

landline is dead for 5 days
sir i have a airtel internet connection and my landline number is dead now for 5 days and nobody from airtel is coming i have a number but its always being engaged or i dont know so please do something fast

Airtel has been sending unnecessary messages to mobile phone no 9740658330 and when i oped one of the messages what was the content they have slapped rs. 99 from my account I do not understands how they can deduct when i have never played any games will airtel please stop thes activities

Dear airtel,
I Purchased a prepaid Connection from Airtel Shop situated at Shoprix mall Noida sector 52, UP, and all the formalities were fulfilled on 22.10.10, but sorry to write that till day the number (9958428828) is activated after confirming from the customer care (though the number is chargeable now days) I got the reply that the papers are not yet recd. Can any body confirm the status and reply why I have spent money for airtel connection(for sim).

disconnection of my outgoing calls
iam having a prepaid connection and suddenly my outgoing is bard from services on verification they are asking me the documents again which i have submitted during my conection, i feel harrased because of this and neither they have notified me as i was out of station i suffered a lot mentaly and moneywise which cannot be explained.if there is any govt notification imay be helped and send a copy of the notice.your kind action will be highly obliged.please guide [email protected] 9437089331

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I'm one of the extremely dissatisfied customer with AIRTEL. I migrated my post-paid no to pre-paid on 01/10 and on 22/10 my outgoing service has been barred due to non document submission. I understand, it is a policy and procedure for you, because even I do work in customer service sector. I called your customer service on 23/10 12:25 am, the lady who answered the call was so worst, pathetic, unacceptable and cheap person who doesn't even realize my need and feelings. I was curious to find, whether my O/g can be released as I needed very urgently. She was so rude and the words she used are senseless. But still, I was calm and humbly requested her to transfer the call to her supervisor, but without any concern, she hung up on me. I was totally hurt with the service provided. This is reference which is received for the call (CWBAR 21023002217). Whoever looks into this feedback, I would really expect a response within 48 hours, else I am ready to walk in to office and log a complaint, also ready to take this to a next level. Thank you. Poor Service
My number is 8146520203. I lost my Phone on 22 Oct 2010 and got it blocked the same day. In the evening, I went to the Airtel Center in Manimajra to get a new SIM where on payment of Rs. 25 a new SIM was given to me alongwith a commitment that the number will work in 2 hours which dint happen. I called up the helpline at 9 PM and sent a request thru them. i was promised the number will be activated by next day which happened. the number started working at five in the morning but at around 10 AM, it again stopped working and I got the message "SIM card registration failed". I again spoke with the helpline where I was told by the frontline agent (Rajan) that the SIM was corrupted because of wrong request having been fwded by Airtel, so i will have to get a new SIM which will be done in 24 hours which was unacceptable to me as i already had waited more than 15 hours for a simple SIM swap. I asked for the manager who in turn told me that my complaint will be fwded by the number will be activated by Monday as SUNDAY IS A NON WORKING DAY. i am highly dissatisfied and wont ever recommend Airtel, which wrongly claims to be a customer oriented company. Your service sucks and your ppl are equipped to do nothing but to say sorry. this has caused a lot of inconvenience and loss to me even when i did everything right. Airtel, if someone has to make a payment offers to send executives to collect the money but it disappears when the customers need them. very sad state of affairs... i hope you are able to do something about this or close your company and move to africa completely coz thats where you should be where ppl can still live without being connected to 36 hours. i am glad to inform you that india has long moved out of that era and you gotta pull up your socks and do something about your shoddy service.

Billing without giving phone and modem
1. I was the customer of airtel brand-band and fixed line connection for more
than three years with prompt payment.
2. My number is 0431 4040 645
3. Since a semester I am traveling a lot. Hence I could not access the
brand-band connection so I planned to go for Airtel DATACARD
4. Enquired about airtel-datacard over phone and latter I sent my staff to
Thillainagar Airteloffice regarding this. There we got FIRST ILL TREATMENTthat
the staff there denied to answer about this over phone to me when my staff
could not understand the issue.
5. Despite that I continued my patronage to AIRTEL and latter because of
sustaining non-usage, I planned to surrender. I got the procedures for
surrender.
6. I surrendered modem and phone with a payment of Rs. 1000 which is the due as
on the date of surrender.
7. After that one of the representative came to my office and requested to
change the plan.
8. I felt happy then. Because that was our number for more than 3 years. I
accepted for Rs. 250 plan. The representative informed me that the instrument
will be fixed within 3 workings days.
9. The same confirmation, I got from a message also. SECOND DISAPPOINTMENTthat
no instrument came for me for a fortnight. Because of my urgent requirement, I
purchased MTS Datacard.
10. On AIRTEL bill date, I got bill for Rs.250 for the revised plan without the
instrument. Hence I didn't pay.
11. THIRD DISAPPOINTMENT, I got a call from from Trichy regarding the payment.
I said the situation and the caller told me to come back after clarification.
But none came.
12. FOURTH DISAPPOINTMENT, Within a week's of time I got call from Chennai about
the payment. I repeated the same story and the caller ended with "come back to
you after clarification" but none came.
13. FIFTH ILL TREATMENT, Latter A person came to my home in my absence and asked
about the money to my parents as if I am a defaulter, despite the loyal
customer for 3 years paid without pending.
14. SIXTH DISAPPOINTMENT, Finally Mr Zahir from Thillai Nagar Office came and
met me personally. I told him the same and asked where-about the PHONE and
MODEM instrument and told him I will not pay even a penny unless you close the
dues for revised plan for which no instrument given. He accepted and asked
about earlier usage of Rs. 500 to settle completely. I gave a cheque and told
him such issues should not come hereafter. He assured and left with cheque.
Even I did not bother about my advance deposit if any.
15. SEVENTH ILL TREATMENT, After this also another person in the next month came
and asked about the same pending bill. I said call Mr Zahir over phone. Zahir
told this information to the new fellow (I don't know his name). Immediately he
left my venue without any courtesy and any information regarding what he was
told by Zahir. I first worst Fellowseeing in person from AIRTEL Office.
16. SEVENTH WORST ILL TREATMENT, the utmost worst treatmentwas happened this
morning, Mr Parthasarathy, the caller called me again for the due. I told him
call Zahir and close my issues. He defend like he is perfect and advised me
unless I close my dues, the issue will persist. I said I didn't get the
instrument and this issue was already closed with Mr Zahir. Once again I told
to close the issue and inform me after discussing with Mr Zahir. Because I
don't want to be disturbed hereafter. During the conversation he irritated me,
hence I called him singler name without any scolding word. HE CALLED ME
NON-STOP FOR FIVE TIMESdespite my cutting calls without discussing with Mr.
Zahir. [I was in session and around 50 trainees in the class also, imagine how
embarrassing situation]

I am a trainer and busy with training session. Stop calling me for the mistakes
of your side.
Thanks for your wonderful treatment for a loyal customer [ashamed of myself for
my first preference to AIRTEL datacard in need.]
There is no any communication regarding my advance deposit with airtel, I hope
AIRTEL cheated me. [I got a call regarding this also I don't want to report
all]

I could remember the day one with AIRTEL. AIRTEL came to my home and greeted
for becoming customer. Now you have grown up so worst treatment.

It took more than one hour to draft and a bit of irritation
