New Connection
Dear Sir,
I am extremly sorry to say that I have to submit this complaint as no other option is left . I applied for the New Connection for Airtel Landline and Broadband for the Church a month ago . I have submitted the documents and Rs 500/- to a Person Name Swedesh but I am trying my best to conect him but he is not responding anymore. Several times I am assured that the line connection will be fixed soon but such a reputable company Airtel is not giving any response to my matter . If there is any technical problem than why the form is being filled and money has been collected, and why it is not refunding me back.I humble request to please solve this matter and do the needful. caller tunes
respected sir
10 Rs has been deducted from mny account for setting caller tune without my permission and 15 Rs has been deducted from my account for changing caller tune that also without my consent.
i dont want any caller tune
i request to kindly look into the matter and credit Rs 25 to my account.

No network coverage and customer complaints are not valued
There is no network coverage in my area melnallathur. The response from their customer care is so poor. As they not taking the issue seriously, i'm going to change my network, not only me i prefer my sister, friends and relatives to do the same. I waited three years with mere network(lot of time no coverage) thinking that they'll improve their network but they didn't. They charging for complaints too. so they taken steps to stop complaints but not to rectify it. If you can't give network then why the hell you telecasting the ad seeking you are the best in network. Stop giving false information and cheating people. When you can't give signals to mobiles while you can give signals to television inside home. If you can't give a network just message me that you can't provide network to my area where more than five thousand living and famous for Caterpillar company, so i'll act accordingly.

Airtel promoting porn contents
I have a prepaid connection which gets 3-4 Push Mails daily containing pornographic contents from Airtel. It contains messages like "Hot Bikini Babes, Free Girls, FTV girls, Hot girl pics etc." I have written them several times and contacted them to stop this menace but to no avail.
Their customer support say, this can not be stopped. I must disable push mail service from my handset. Is this a solution?
I am also getting voice calls promoting their ring tones and caller tunes. My phone number is registered under NDNC registry but it does not solve the purpose. They also keep on sending promotional SMS messages.
A few days back they activated "Airtel Picture Post Friendship". I never heard of it earlier. It was again a nuisance which contained several unwanted SMS messages.
I contacted the Nodal Officer of Airtel, customer support several times but I am still getting the promotional alerts. Be careful if you want to continue with this cheap kind of company with cheap promotional tactics and useless customer support.

excess billing
Company did not give necessary guidelines how to use their internet service. did not give message at regular intervals that how much we have used. did not instruct to switch off modem when not in use . did not give any broschures/leaflets for how to use the facility. sent bill of Rs. 6806- while I took plan of only Rs. 599/- per month.Now they are saying it is my fault.

billing problem
bill no:887094518 we have not recieved our monthly bill as per time schedule...so we went to airtel customer office -saidapet ON 23 SEPTEMBER 2010 4.35 PM...we enquired about our bill...they told the bill was RS.1039/ and also told in phone to pay RS.1039/ we have payed RS.1039 ON 23/9/10, IOB CHEQUE NUMBER-964463...BUT WE HAVE RECIEVED OUR BILL COPY ON 25 SEPTEMBER EVENING .THEIR THE BILL AMOUNT WAS RS.1701.WE CALLED THEM THROUGH PHONE THEY TOLD TO PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT RS.662 WITH FINE ON 25..BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE WHY SHOULD I PAY????????????SO PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER AND TELL ME HOW TO PAY MY DIFFERENT AMOUNT ????????????????????

Poor service
Airtel is the worse service provider I ever came across in my life. My first connection was airtel but due to some service issue i close that connection. After 2 years I again thought to buy Airtel because i thought in 2 years airtel would have realize the importance of customer service. But I am really amaze they are still clue less about their services.
I had activated for the 98 rs gprs plan which i never use only paid for it. I called airtel customer care n number of time but they are really help less. Even they where not able to understand me correctly. They usually hung up my call. Really disappointing.
Never go for airtel.
