The Online Service of the Airtel DigitalTV is bogus, error prone needs proper validation. One can not go beyond login step.

Facing a problem from past four months because of weak signal and call drop
I Y Murali, facing a problem from past four months because of weak signal and call drop in Thatichetlapalem area near railway new colony. I have given a complaint to 121(Customer care) several times, even at customer care at siripuram in Visakhapatnam and they promised to rectify the problem with in 90days (bw Aug. to Nov.). But the problem is solved or not yet to be identified and no technical team or a person as approached and asked for, is the problem rectified or still exists. I wanted to claim refund for this period (90days/Till the problem solved) due to weak signal and call drop as we suffered lot because of these. Since being a customer with Airtel from long time, this is what they show.

This is ridiculous, harassment of customer
One they bombard the customer with irrelevant push messages. Once I accidentally clicked the link on the push message i was redirected to airtel site. and then i got this message "Your account has been deducted Rs 30 for java game subscription package". In first place i never wanted any subsciption, and did'nt place any request for the same. Also they never asked me before deducting the amount and told me only after deducting the amount via sms.
This is ridiculous, harassment of customer. The customer care guys say that they can't refund the subscription amount. I have been a prepaid airtel customer for last 7 years they do this to me and worst of all nobody is there to hear.

Guys never subscribe to airtel. they coin the customer. I am planning to move consumer court, airtel guys if you are seeing this.

Avoid Airtel like the plague
Postpaid connection taken in september, 2008. But no monthly bill is received at recorded mailing address except mobile alert that the bill is to be paid failing which penalty will be charged. accordingly, bill amount is paid for the month of september & October, 2008. But I need the monthly bill for drawal of reimbursement from my office.

Number blocked for no reason
I had an airtel number 9860253563 and they have disconnected my number without any reason without any prior information. I have over 1400 rupees in that number and they are neither re-funding back my money nor starting my number again.

I took a number from airtel on Thur, 17th June and got it rehcharged of an amount of Rs.1500 on Sat, 19th June. I had been using the number since 3rd July until Fri, 22nd July when I saw my sim doesnt catch network. I called up the customer care - the guy told me my sim would start in 24 hrs. It did not start. Then I called up again they asked me to email nodal officer. I emailed twice (ref no. 2307201017510 and 2307201017914)and got an email saying they would get back in 24 hrs. They did not get back. I went to the customer care centre. They said they would call me on Tuesday they did not. Then i spoke to nodal office Arpana on Wed, July 28. She said the problem was "insufficient documentation". I told her I did submit my drivers license and also filled a proper form. And that if that was the case how was I able to use it for so many days. Also, you send a message to submit documents again. I did not get that.Then she said she would call me in 24hrs. She did not. Then i called her on Mon, Aug 2. She said nothing can be done. I told her I would raise a complaint. She said you can do whatever you want.

Please help. This is not the right way to deal with a customer. I want my money back.

I had many complaint to the company related bill but no answer from that side
I had been one(post Paid) mobile connection from Airtel company But this man who mentioned his name above who misguide us I asked him some related question about the connection. I want a postpaid connection without clip charges he said me all the connection of withou clip charges and he did not give me any receipt. After one month when the bill raised the company add the clip charges I had talk to the customer care regarding this connection but no body given the wright answer. but few days one call me you submitt the bill without clip charges. I submitt the bill. But after next bill same raised with clip charges. I had many complaint to the company related bill but no answer from that side. After few month one call from court the lawyer told me company chargesheet againt your bill if you submitt the bill your case withdrawl. I submitt the bill amount through the court pressure.

Till date, they have not activated the pre-paid
Paid my outstanding due on my pre-paid account, as on date of applying for a switchover to pre-paid account. Based on this received my SIM Card and also received a confirmatory message from Airtel that the pre-paid would be activated in 9 working hours. Till date, they have not activated the pre-paid. Subsequent to the receipt of my pre-paid card, I had to forego all my calls because of the physical prsence of the unactivated pre-paid card in my mobile. So, I had no other recourse except to use my post paid account again. Now, they are asking me to pay the dues on my post-paid account, in order to activate the pre-paid account. I have made it clear to them that I want to switch over from their post-paid account because of their dubious billing, in the post paid account.

charging for unsubscribed service
I have been charged unauthorisedly for a service that i have not subscribed for last 20 days Re 1 every day from 14 july 2010. I complained to customer care about the problem. But they did not resolved by problem. i am being mentaly tortued & humilated with this unsubscribed service. I want to sue the comapny bacoz thay have also did so in past by charging for services that i have not subscribed. I contacted the CC contineously for a week & told them about the problem but all in vain. They did not paid any attension only saying that it will be resolved in 2 or 3 days.

Airtel Tamilnadu is cheating the customers by activating the Value added services like Caller tunes without the knowledge of the customers
Airtel Tamilnadu is cheating the customers by activating the Value added services like Caller tunes without the knowledge of the customers. When I called up customer care, they said sorry and deactivate it, but no refund of the amount charged. Can anyone suggest what should I do to bring the Airtel to court for further action against them.

Airtel has not only poor service but they are also trying to cheat the customer in a fraudulent way
Very frequently I am finding that with unwanted ring tone incoming messages amount is deducted from my prepaid account. Already I have spoken with the customer care but nothing has been done. Presently trying to contact customer care but that is also not available /reachable and blocked by them at this moment. It will be better if transaction sheet for the last two months from the database are shown to find the deducted amount. The Airtel has not only poor service but they are also trying to cheat the customer in a fraudulent way.
