hello to every one who is reading this compaint again Aitel Prepaid Service, that i have to say the Airtel 1Sec/1Paise is Fraud.
Let me explain how
if we talk for example 20 sec the call cost is 2sec extra 22paise
i will complaint many times to customer care
but nobody will reponsing well

AIRTEL 1 SEC PER 1 PAISE IS WASTE AND FAUDING TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE USING THIS OFFERS

Sir,
I took an airtel pre paid comnnection in last February and my number is 9952975093. On 21-jun-2010, i made a flexi recharge for Rs.100 for this number. But I got a messasge like " Your recharge was not successful" and the time of recharge was 9.36 am.I checked this with the retailer through whom I recharged and he says that his account balance is reduced by Rs. 100 for this recharging.He was not even ready to check with the ransaction Id while I was showing this message on my mobile phone.
the transaction Id is: 2147436359.
Could you please take appropriate actions for preventing this type of cheeting activities and make the proper recharge for that amount.
