I have given many complaint to active the blackberry 299plan in my no 9004599444 but not getting proper reply from the Airtel BB Department not giving proper comment even they don't know what is the problem, i have given complaint on 5 days before, normally it takes 4 hour to activated but 5 to 6 days surprise not only that i have speak to Airtel CCA on many time they are saying on my first call 4hours, 2nd call the server in not working so that means Sunday night no works in BB department great, 3rd call they are also surprise why the plan is not activated again they need within 48hours, 4th calls said the problems has been sort and within 24hors it will start working, but still i am facing the same not started blackberry plan 299 what should will be my next step? kindly help me for this matter,

It is highly unethical to debit Rs. 30/= without consent of the user. There is no facility enabled for the user to de-avtivate the facility. It is surprised such a reputed company Airtel is angaged this kind of practice to earn cheaply. My moblie No. 77084 68690. If I do not get any reply from Air Tel I will be refferring this issue to consumer protection council.

I am based out of Adyar, Chennai.I have a landline and wifi connection from AIRTEL.I had called an airtel employee called Suresh, who set up the connection for us, to enquire about my bill(first bill) details.He was surprised that the bill amount was so high and said ours was not an unlimited connection, hence we were getting thousands in DSL charges, and he said would get it done immd to unlimited.this happened three months back.subsequent month I didnt get the bill, but based on a call of AIRtel, I paid the bill.So I didnt know if they had changed the connection or not, I assumed they did.The next month I got the bill late and in that again I had some thousand odd for DSL charges, enquired immd, came to know that it was not changed two months back.Now, I got a fourth bill also for the same old plan.when I called on 121 and tell them that I had informed their employee suresh they say there's no record of any change request, when I ask Suresh, he says he told them!! I do not understand who I should talk to, Is their employee's word not important for the organisation or is the employee bluffing to me?? In either case, why should I pay the bill??Request airtel to waive off these charges immediately else I will have no other go but to go to the ombudsman.
