Subscription of packs without informing and deducting balance
I am an existing customer of Airtel Prepaid services. For the last few weeks Airtel has been sending me messages about Bhakti Mala subscription and is unnecessarily deducting 2/- everyday. This subscription was started without informing me. Today, they charged me 10/- for some blog of Yuvraj which again i did not subscribe for. My mobile number is 9860893093. This is getting on my nerves now.

wrong information provided
sir i m totally dissatisfied with your service. i got an internet connection just 2 days before and it was said to me that u have got an unlimited connection with monthly rental at just rs 450. but now they are saying that your monthly rent is rs 900. thats not good for me. sir i cant afford to pay this much amount. so i kindly request you to please change my plan or if possible discontinue your services at the earliest. i will be thankful to you.

Poor Services
All of sudden am seeing that call charges has gone up, I really have no clue of it then I tried n number of times to contact customer care but was of no use. The customer care of Airtel is so sick that they put you on hold for nothing less than 5 minutes as if they have some other important work than customer to only hang your call at the end, and again waste you money as it is no more a toll free number. This happened to me many times before, they will not entertain your call if you have called them more than couple of times in a same day. I have been with Airtel for more than 3 years but its high time that I should move to other service providers. Airtel are you listening?

Wrong billing
My broadband a/c no. is 13949165 and phone no. is 07614054487. I have always paid my broadband bill when someone comes for the collection. However, for the past several months, the collection man is not coming on time and when he comes, I'm sent a bill with late fees but it is not my fault if the bill isn't paid on time. Moreover, the internet is also not working for the past two months and still I was sent a bill and that too with late fees once again. I want the connection to be removed as soon as possible and I won't be paying the bill as I could not make any use of the broadband for the last two months due to disconnection from their end. MY NAME IS TESSY ABRAHAM AND I WANT TO COMPLAIN AGAINST MY LAND LINE NO 07752 408218 MY PLAN IS UNLIMITED AND THE MONTHLY CHARGES IS RS 699 BUT IN THE BILLING PERIOD FROM 17 APRIL TO 16 MAY YOU HAVE ADDED RS 750 AGAINST AIRTEL PC SECURE WHICH I DONT WANT THE REASON BEING I HAVE ALREADY INSTALED KASPERSKY IN MY SYSTEM SO PLZ DEDUCT RS 750 WHICH U HAVE CHARGED OR OTHERWISE I WILL MAKE THE PAYMENT AFTER DEDUCT6ING RS 750.

value added service
hi
my mobile no. is 9501624563. i had called customer care executive that i am getting unwanted calls on my number. they told me that i had activated friend chat service. so i am getting calls and being charged for that.

i told them to deactivate my service and he assured me that my service has been de activated. after that i again got a call from friend chat service.

i again called the customer care, the executive told to hang on and let him check, but after 30 secs i got disconnected.

and to make it worse for me i am being charged for such poor customer care service.

well all those people out their, in my opion airtel has got better network and clarity, but they are i like money sucking hounds whose morals and customer dealings are very questionable.


do let me know your opinion and should i fight against airtel and take them to court or just change operator.

wont allow to change other network
My Mobile Number is 9944771808 from airtel. I found that this is not good service. Whenever I use to call some one I am not able to connect the call. there is nothing to listen while calling someone and after some time the message comes on screen as "call ended". I am not getting what type of horrible service it is. So I have applied in uninor for MNP. They have sent my request to Airtel but airtel has refused to change my number to uninor service .i complaint lot of time they wont mind it. what can i do

gprs 2g download speed is only 3-7kbps
I am using Airtel from past 1 year in Bangalore. In this i basically use the gprs to browse the internet on my laptop. But from past 1 and a half month the speed for this service has drastically reduced. It seems like Airtel has put download speed limiters in their 2g internet plans because of which the speed is only 3-7 kbps ( which was 15-22 kbps one month ago)...If they have to do all this annoying stuff ( for selling 3G services) then why ARE they providing such 2g plans . Till now Airtel was good in its gprs services and that's why I was preferring using it the most. But now its better to move on to other networks . Anyone facing the same problem PLs comment .

DEMANDING MONEY WIHTOUT STATEMENT
Airtel has been demanding money from me on Mob 9960640976 but they made my sim inactive long back thus I could not make any calls or recieve calls in any way, They have now been sending me emails on my mail demanding Approx 3000/-, when i reply to them they do not respond or send me any statement explaining the charges .

I wrote to them, called on customer services but to no relief, Why should I pay for something without knowing What I am paying for, When I had last made a cash payment to them I had cleared the bills, but they have been adding 200 & 300/- bucks now with every mail they write

I NEED Help of people with this .

Deduction of balance for the airtel nokia offer of free internet
My name is Arush Nagpal and my number is 9501612888.I recently bought a new nokia X2-01 qwerty phone with the airtel offer that I would be entitled to use 100 mb gprs on my mobile for free that would be credited every month till 12 months but I am very upset that I was betrayed.For one month there were no extra charges but after 29 days on 20 June 2011, my balance was reduced by Rs.100.For 2 days I was unable to contact airtel on their customer care no. 198.When I chose the option to make a complaint about balance deduction, the call was disconnected.When I got to the customer care executive, I was told that I was using internet from airtel liveand not mobile office due to which I was charged at the rate 30ps/20kb.The fact is that I had myself contacted customer care to send me the internet settings which I failed to receive when the offer was started. Now when I told the executive to send me the correct settings he told me he couldn't and told me to send a message MO to 54321.I didnt receive the settings even after sending the message.Please help me as soon as possible otherwise I would lose a further 100 rs.in the next few days.
