Unauthorized charges
Airtel Prepaid VAS services are a complete scam. They initiated couple of services ontheir own on my prepaid number 9096964444 and are deducting money every hour. I have called customer service multiple times and even after repeated promise by them none have taken any action. To add more insult to the injury, each interaction with customer care costed me 20 to 50 rupees because I am roaming in another state. I want someone to take action on this. I will try to reach TRAI, all possible complaint boards and the CEO of Airtel until this gets resolved. Over the last 7 days over 200 rupees on my prepaid card has been wasted on these VAS charges and customer care calls. I want an immediate resolution and refund of my hard earned money.

IRRESPONSIBLE & RUDE BEHAVIOR
On 18 /03/2010 to 20/03/2010, I called 198 for unauthorized services charges but a customer care executive named him self as TAPAN KUMAR DAS misbehaved rather solving the problem.

data card
my name is mp sutar from pimpri pune,
i ve bought airtel data usb card of micromax modem, 5 days back,
@ the time of purchase the company representative told me that i ll be getting a speed of 200/kbps
leave 200 im not even getting a 50kbps,
the speed wat im getting is 20/kbps maxxx
professionaly i need to check mails, send receive drawings, quotations, estimates,
im not able to do any of these things cause it is not even able open my gmail id, it hangs up 2 to 3 times in that
im using airtel prepaid that too ive 8 to 9 connections in my firm, because i trust this company
but now i ll have to think again,
by calling 121, they gave 5 to 6 different nos, the last one which i got was 186050082860
on caaling this no . my call was kept on hold for around 10 to 15 mints, saying u r in line, plss stay on line, n i waited,
at the end i disconnected the call, n surpsizingly i was charged 15 rs for that last call, that too without any fruitfull feedback,
im totally helples
plss anybody help me out of this
im not asking for anything special, i jus wanna check out my mails, thats it

not activating of pre paid SIM
Dear sir/mam,
This is to request you that I bought a AIRTEL pre paid SIM( no-09634562349) on date 3 April, 2010 from BUNTY MOBILE SHOP, PREM NAGAR DEHRADUN, UTTRANCHAL, INDIA. and since that day my put going is not being activated.
The shop owner also tried a lot but they people are neither activating my SIM nor returning my photo id, more over when I called to AIRTEL office on 10th April at 1:53 pm to a no 0997183666 (as given by shop owner), a lady picked my call and said that she is not bothered about any complaint and did not tell her name.
I humbly request you to please take some corrective measures as soon as possible.

charged 100rs without any meaning
i was charged rs 100 for games club subscription wheras i hadnt asked for it or accessed it.Customer Care is saying that i would have accessed it but no one has given d proof and i am sure i didnt access it.

getting charged Rs.1 for local and 1.50 for std calls
My number is 9867056485.

Though i have call charges of Re. 1 for first local call and std rs.1.50 for first call of the day.
rest of the calls 50 paise local and std

from march 2010 onwards im getting randomly charged .
i.e i started getting charged Re.1 for both local and std for some calls
and some calls 50 paise.

After complaining to customer care i was told it will be corrected by april 4 th..
BUT NOW ALL MY CALLS ARE CHARGED Rs.1.50 for std and Re.1 for local..

I cannot understand what was corrected exactly..!!!

My friends who have got the sim cards with me and having the same offer are getting charged as normal i.e 50 paise for second call.

I cant understand why Airtel keeps giving problems one after another..
NOW THIS IS MY THIRD (3rd) complaint.
