getting sms from 5432105 without even subscribing and having the
I'm getting sms of matrimonial services which i have never subscribed for from 5432105
I want to deactivate this service in my mobile No.9867056485. This service has been renewed automatically weekly two times anything done by me. And my balance also decreased. Please cheque this problem and do the needful.

sim registration
sir i m using airtel 9810300564 from last 5years on 22/03/2010 airtel disconnected my sim registration bec of mismatch my identificatoin from there side n i talked in custmer care 121 they suggest i hv to go outlet n i said to 121 i already converted this number on my name on dated 14aug2006 at his krishna nagar outlet but in outlet they said its ur mistake than i approach nodal officer n applet officer they aggreed ki its our mistake buy u hv to wait for 1week to again avail our services n they also said nobody do anything for u.sir pldo my favour in this situation n now they are saying from our side v r not able to start again this number sir its my buissness number if they dont start i lost my customers n my payments also.pl do something n revert

Lack of intrest in customer complaints
Using Airtel in data card. Its Unavailable most of the days in a month. Complaints sent is not catered, be it that they are unable to rectify or dont want to do. Mails sent is not replied.

to stop cricket updates
It is submitted that I have 2 airtel pre-paid numbers 9004161903 and 9004161904. Many times unwanted services are activated on my both numbers with out my prmission and the balance money is deducted from it. I have not seen such a irresposible mobile service. It is requested that all the services activated on my cell numbers be sopped with immediate effect and my money be re-imbursed back to my balance. I am totally frustrated with this behaviour of airtel. I am also looking for legal action against the airtel management.

false deduction of airtel balance
on 19/3/2010 around 9:50 pm, i opened the site google and through google i opened facebook, as i was not using any wifi i did browsing through airtel live, when there after i receive a message from the no. 54321 at 9:58pm. saying thank you for dowmloading girl on the beachv from airtel which actually never happened in my mobile and charged Rs. 15 for it.
after receiving the message i stopped doing browsing and again after 10 minutes i.e. at 10:08pm. i receive another message from the same no. 54321 saying this time ''thank you for downloading kiranvideo2 from airtel and you have been charged Rs.15 for downloading.
After receiving these message, i felt cheated and i immidiately called customer care telling them about that problem on 19/3/2010 around 10:10 pm. where the person gave me the complaint no.719322 and told me that the problem will get resolve by 25/3/2010 by 6 pm. i felt relaxed that airtel might see to our problem,
but i was forced to make this complaint today after having a talk with Vipin from airtel on 23/3/2010 at 2:07pm. from the no. +919971000260 who told me that, the downloading details have been mentioned in the data and i can not refund the money.
i have been using this no. since past couple of years and i have never made any complaint like this before and that only for 30 Rs. but when i come to know from vipin that he can't refund the money and he directly said to me that we can not do anything else in this even when i ask him to let me talk to someone senior to you he simply denied to give me the no. according to him it was not aloowed to give numbers of the senior person.
even to know more about this no. you can check my past records, if anything like this has happened before and also my recharge value to make you understand that i will never make a fake complaint to get 30 rs. balance in my mobile because i am still more capable of doing recharges and too og higher value.
Note:i can send you the message which i receive from 54321 for downloading, if there is any contact with me from any no.
i can not provide any proof photo as there is a dedection in the money balance.

UNDUE CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM BALANCE AMOUNT
My prepaid mobile connection is airtel, bearring mobile No. 9957783614. Airtel is being activated few services in my mobile at their own and charges deducted from my mobile. They did not refund as and when I am requesting them.

Refund my money
Such a big company called AIRTEL, does not have courtesy to refund my deposit amount of postpaid connection earlier which i had. I am not getting any calls from airtel and also i am not getting services from any of your branch in Mangalore. So kindly help me to get my money back. My mobile No. 9972472248. Atleast call me up and inform me that, are you going to give my money or not??

billing charges
i have had so many issues & complaints with AIRTEL in the last 2 months which wasnt there from last 7.5 years as a platinum customer with an average billing of RS. 5, 000 a month and last 6 months i have paid over Rs. 2 lakhs to them cause of international usage.
Due to some issues & ofcourse billing discripancies i didnt not pay my bill and my outgoing was barred for3 weeks during feb 2010. later during the first week of march even my incoming was barred for a week.
NOw this month they have sent me a bill charging me the rentals for my mobile plan of 549 & even the blackberry plan of 899. how can they do this when outgoing is barred and even the incoming is barred later and the caller hears THIS NO IS NOT VALID how can they charge me the rentals for that month when i was not allowed to use the phone. later i paid the entire paymnt of 37000 one go as the matter was not getting solved and my credibility was at stake as its a very old business number for me and everybody calling thought that i have left the country.. i had to pay and activate as it was having a negative impact on my business. i paid 37000 that day online and bal was 1900 left . they activated both incoming & outgoing the same day. but to my utter shock again the very next day morning they again not only barred the outgoing but also incoming again claiming tht u still have a default of 1900 though my credit limit is 22800 ??
now i was again shocked while going thru my this months bill just received for the rentals for the entire month. no way i m going to pay this and i m going all out to settle and get this waived off as a genuine sensible troubled & exploited though so called PLATINUM customer of AIRTEL mumbai no 9892211620

Fraud
When i recharge my phone with free SMS recharge card and whenever i send messages to my friends... for example if i send message to 30 friends at one time then it will cut 90 messages for that.. if you send 20 then it will show that you have send 50 messages... it has happened many times.. Airtel cheats with it's customers.. it also sets callertunes without confirmation.. even if you have just called once on their callertune number.. they send me message after 1 day that they have set my callertune as XYZ song and charged me 45 rupees for the same.

mai airtel ka demo use kar raha hu. airtel walo ne apne aap hi mere no. pe missed call alert service activate kar di . jab maine check karwaya to 12144 pe senior sanjeev ne baat ki usko baat karne ki bhi akal nhi thi k retailer se kaise baat ki jaati hai. aise senior se to acha hai k aap customer service ka name change krdo kyki yeh service nhi jisme kisi ko baat krne ka dhang bhi na ho
