I am bhushan gupta. i took the airtel past paid connection 2 yera before. i have been a airtel coustomer since 2 year and paying the bill on time.but in the last of january and starting of february i faced a problem. the problem was some services got activated automaticaly from airtel side and i got continously messages like "u have succesfully downloaded xyz game and u have charged 99 rs".i got near about 50 to 60 messages like this and when i contacted on coustomer care they deactivated same and assured me that it will not happen again but after 2 or 3 days i faced same problem then i did same than they told me that u would contact vt us after generating the bill and v vl deduct ur extra amount.but when my bill generated and i contacted them they raised their hand and told me u have to pay the whole amount v cant doanything 4 u...so i decided to complaint in consumer court

My wife Mrs. Rajasri Ganguli has been using airtel mobile phone for last 5 years. It is a prepaid Kolkata (India) connection. The phone number is 9831361270. She is now stationed in Ghaziabad and does not use the number here. She uses the phone when she goes to Kolkata only. A number of times she has requested for DND ( do not disturb), but the airtel company sends her all types of promotional SMSs. They send a number of updates on new products, value added sevices etc. AND SHE IS CHARGED FOR INCOMING SMSs. It is illegal and amounts to cheating.

This is Ashish working in an MNC and recently shifted to gurgaon and after shifting i have applied for Airtel postpaid connection and it took more than 10 days to activate after running from pillar to post but that was as my organisation is having a corportate tieup with Airtel.

Now on 1st of March i have to take another postpaid for my house and still now after giving the complete documents the connection has not started working. Mr Javed who is the concerned person from whom that connection was given to me was not even picking the call and everytime if somebody picks the phone the reply is always that verification is pending and everytime i am telloing the Javed and team to send somebody for varification.

Can you please look into this and arrange to get the no activated. I am a strong consumer of Airtel and always recommend airtel to all the nears but this experience has actually taken me away and the people like javed are actually creating the nuisance for the brand...

i bought a airtel data card on 13 march as the airtel dealer gave me the information that the speed you will get is upto 1mbps. but when i start using it speak to airtel customer care, the information given proved wrong. now i want my money back. this is my request plz take action as soon as possible.
