im raazikh byari, , i recharged yestday 30rs (13/03/2010), ,
and now again morning i got my balence as rs 1.52, and i saw a msg from airtel in my inbox that they said i have been renewed for frenzo plan subscription service from airtel. and i have been charged 20rs,
but sir i already unsubscribed that serviced and i got that unsbscribed msg already from airtel, and again it deducted automatically,
today(14/03/2010) i call to custemer care and mr.prasanna the supervisor talked to me, and he conformed that there no any service activeted. and he said that after two days i got my money back.

and i askd about my previous complaints but he said that no any idia about he got.. well, , that call desconnected, i called again for clear that previous issue, mr rizwan attend the call hu is also a supervisor, but he talked very rudely, he said you will getting your money 16th march.he talked in a neglet attitude, , negligency, , ,
i asked about the call from airtel at 8th march which is about my queries and i said that why i cannot got that call, , he replied again in negligency,

when they are stop that deducting amount from balance ini fraud way..

Hello,

I own 2 telephone numbers issued by Airtel. One, is for Delhi and the other for Himachal, registered in the area of Sarahan, Himachal Pradhesh for business.

Just today, I called to check whether my Himachal no. is working fine or not but i was shocked to find the bell ringing and the call being picked up by some other person of the same name at the other end. Now this is bizarre since my personal Himachal number phone was lying in front of me, silent and not ringing at all.

I don't know what the Airtel officials are up to. I dont know if somebody who wants to get in touch with me on my Himachal SIM is talking to the right person or not.

I would like to know the answer for this and maybe a legal procedure which can be followed. I hope it hasn't been issued to someone else by forgery of signature.

Airtel wrongly generated a bill for Rs 25, 000 for my broadband for 2 months. I repeadedly complaied for 3 months and when manager of airtel collections, south zone, Avinash called me, he threatened me . He said he d send me a non-bailable warrant and refused to listen to my problem. I reached a settlement with him of Rs. 6600, and he refused to pay me any letter. Afterwards he has been sending airtel executives every month for 4 months now, and still bothering me to pay rest.

My mobile no is 9940554540 without my knowledge they picking my mony for NEWS service. i am not able to stop the service till now. This is one of the strategy.
