MESSAGE ALERT SERVICE NOT CANCELLING FROM COMPANY
I AM CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE. MY NAME IS NILESH BHOJANI, MY MO. NO. IS 9898006239. I HAVE ALSO COMPLAINT IN AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NO 121. BUT HIS EXECUTIVE TALKING ME YOUR COMPLAINT MAY BE NOTE PROVIDE TO COMPANY.
MY COMPLAINT IS : IN MY CELL PHONE ALERT MASSAGES OF MANY OTHER ADVERTISING OF COMPANY. SO THIS MASSAGE SERVICE IS CANCEL REQUIRE URGENTLY.

this is kishore 9678118021 have another complaint that when i call the airtel customer exucative they did not pick my phone. why?
Sir jab may airtel customer exucative ko phone karta ho to woh log mera phone nahi uthate. agar woh ham castimer ko response nahi de sakte to hamara numbar kat dijiye . May koi dusra service ka numbar lerlong ga.

Cut of my balance

hellotunes activation
my no is 9849206446, , , i had demo sim card.i got a message that "by activating hellotunes u can get a commision of 10 rs".how to activate hellotunes by demo card...and i got another message "by song changing to any customer u can get airtel free minutes"i changed the songs for these numbers 9849641230, 9849974418 but i did no get any free minutes...and customer care is not working for my demo sim...contact me at 5pm or mail me at [email protected]

billing
i had subcribed for 3 months broadband 256kbps 3GB download per month for Rs. 1800+taxes. started from 27th of OCT-2009 and will end on 27th-JAN-2010,
i was happy with the connection and service.
suddenly i got a bill of 1011 Rs. on Feb 5th which is just for 9 days, 28th-jan-2010 to 4th-feb-2010, when i enquired with airtel custcare they said i have exeded download limit by almost 2GB, then i came to know my usage in this period is almost 3GB and for these 9 days they had put the download limit for just 1GB, this billing period change made me to pay extra 1011 Rs.
i used 3months for Rs. 1800+tax paying in advance.
Now i have to pay Rs. 1011 just for 9 days, this is really disgusting.
i am really unhappy with the loss, and i'm going to disconnect airtel broadnand.

automatic deduction in account balance without any reason
Airtel is a useless company. Pathetic as far as customer service & problems are concerned. I am using Airtel service since last 4 years & since last 10 days, I am seeing deduction in account balance every 2-3 minutes. I have not requested any service to airtel to be activated on my handset for this. I have raised this issue 4 times in last week but still no one is bothered. One of their useless supervisor, who doesnt have a sense to speak to clients, told me that I am using service on airtel. I kept complaining that I dont need interenet on my handset but no one is responding to my complaint.
I have lost almost 30-40 rupees without any reason or my mistake. Apart from calling & SMS (including a special five offer for just one mobile number) I have not availed any service from Airtel. But still I am losing my account balance by 30paise every 2 minutes. I am unable understand this & am seek of complaining this to customer care executives. They too are as useless as Airtel is. Worst company in telecom sector. It earns money through cheap things like this.

Over Billing
For the period ending 22.01.10, Airtel has charged me @ Rs. 1.50 for all STD calls, Rs. 0.75 for all A2A and Rs.1.10 for other local calls. In the tariff plan applicable for the said period, Rs. 749/month, the charge should have been Rs. 0.60 for A2A and 0.75 for others, local or STD. Airtel officials do not listen and are very arrogant and evasive.

Airtel has cut charges from my mobile phone for services, I have not subscribed. To whom should I file a case against Airtel to stop such malpractices and snatching money from their customers.
