I have been trying to contact the airtel customer are since 10 days as my phone not working since that time. Everytime i press some 5-6 options and finally reach the executive on the phone when the phone gets disconnected .

These guys are useless and we have to pay them for their service. Is this what we call service ? I want to file a case on them and they shud be given a good lesson
