My airtel postpaid no. is 9890730057.I have activated combat-2 plan in month of august 2009. Initially it was promised from ur office that the scheme gives 1 intercalling free number to which charges will not b applied(it is 9960560923). But now they are also charging for the same. I have also mede a complaint in your airtel office at times of india building, law college square, nagpur.But they are not responding properly.
As per my calculations with the above plan, the billing amount should not hav exeeded RS.500. However the actual billed amount RS.1853 which is not agreeable to me.
You are requsted to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and write to me immediately. -SUDHANSHU JOSHI.
