I have a airtel connection pre paid sim card - friends and family card.
I m really reallyl harresed by this bloody company i have never ever seen such a disguesting company in my life..rather our local graindealears are faarrrrr better thn thm.
I m being disconnected form the smae fro mthere side i dont know y, , so i m charged normal.
On top of tht whn i have scheme i was never availaed of the any of incentived...
I M WRONGLY BEINGE CHARGED SINCE LAST 8 MOTHNS
Inspite of calling custoemd care thousnad time they are not bother to underand problem of their clients.
All are sihati uneducate staff in airtel no one talk proper english
i m reallly help less i cant even chage my number...tihs is my last try to get my problem solved or else i will have to go straight away to police.
DO NOT EVER BY ANY PRODUCTS OF AIRTEL...
