My airtel Delhi India number is 9971445062.Without downloading any thing or even when the connection is not in use, the prepaid balance is reduced by the service provider i.e. AIRTEL.Such complaints were brought to their notice earlier also. I was surprised to receive 4 messages within a span of 2 minutes that 4 times a amount of Rs.50/- each have been deducted on account of downloading games within a span of 2 minutes today. Whereas the fact is that the handset was not even touched today before receiving those messages. 121 when called, the executive disconnected the call with the plea that their system is under upgradation. I request that if there is any fault in the chip or the meter of this number then the same may please be changed. I have another Airtel Delhi prepaidnumber 9810088804 also which is working fine without any defeciency.
