on 05th April at around 3.30pm i was at my work place i am not allowed to use my phone there, so my phone was kept in the locker, i checked my phone around 4.30 pm and Rs. 50 were deducted from my account for net usage. I called at customer care and inquired about it. but the call did not get through and my call was disconnected every time i called. I am using Nokia 1100 handset which is not a multimedia set, earlier i was using multimedia headset but i dont have it anymore moreover my phone was in the locker so i have not used the phone for net usage. But rep did not gave any response and disconnected the call. My complaint is that
1) why the money was deducted when i have a simple black and white handset?
2) Why my call is not getting through to customer care?
