last week i lost my airtel number with my handset. after that i purchase duplicate sim from jalandhar can & able . they ensure me to sim is swap in 4-5 hours.but till today 7jan my number is not activated. i call to customet care 7 other person of airtel appox 100-120 times. but no body solve my problem . i also ask to disconnect my number but nobody do that , always ask wait for 4 hours
