I asked Mr. Reed to build a website and it was not done. After I gave the initial downpayment he created a header and then began not responding to emails. Finally he said he had the flu. Next excuse was he went on vacation and did not take a computer and last excuse was he was working on another project that was going to help him retire. After a month I decided to end the relationship and contact the Better Business Bureau. I notified Mr. Reed by email that his services were no longer needed and he emailed me back that day and said he would like to finish up with my project on the weekend. Too little too late. (My emails stating that I would lose my affiliates if the site was not completed went unanswered.) I am grateful that I only put a deposit down first. He does not have a business address listed on the Internet.
