My name is Marsha D. Brown and I lost my job due to the April 27 tornadoes and have yet to receive my unemployment benefits. I have been calling the 1-800-361-4524 number trying to reach someone to tell them that I still have not received my card that my benefits are supposed to be added to. And the line is always busy and then they leave for the day at 4:30. There is NO physical address for me to go to. This is ridiculous and just plain WRONG. I am a victim! I was a ffected by the tornadoes and I can't even get help! I just want to know where is the card and my benefits
