I originally went into a monitoring contract with another company to monitor our alarm and I never had a issue with them. Started having issue with this company not responding to an alarm or the alarm going off in the middle of the night for no reason. I tried 4 times to get someone to come out and check out the alarm, no one ever came. I have been trying to cancel the service since November, 2009. I have written and called, it is March 31, 2010 and I am still receiving bills in the mail and the last one is a bill through June 30th. These people will not speak with you when you call and will not let you speak with a supervisor. My latest call to them, and this is on the hills of 6 previous calls, I was told that I would owe a $75 cancellation fee. I had never been told this before. I have contacted my State's Attorney General Office to see if they can help with these losers!
