I made my booking from london heathrow to Dubai on the phone on june 26 morning time for 4 passengers travelling on July 6 to Dubai at 1445 flight, i have booked our seats #10, 11 and 12(diognal).

same day in the afternoon i received a call from the lady that made my booking and she said that she wants to change my seats i dont know for what reason, i told her that i have already a confirmed booking with assigned seats, she said i will give you other seats together, i told her i dont want to sit in the back of the the A380 ne3ar the bar, she said ok, i didn't have time to take details from her because i was in the taxi.

today June 28 i called Emirates to check our seats #'s and i found out that she assigned us seats in the back of the airplane, i tried to change the seats buy the lady i was talking to said i cant do any thing for you and no more free seats are available.

i am a gold SKYWARD member and this is the second time i experience this problem with Emirates.
