I worked at this college for almost 9 years I tore my rotatorf cuff in my right shoulder it seem it is my rersopnceability to get it repaired because I worked with it for an entire year before I just had to have surgery just last june 4th not I am in recovery and have exhausted all my expeses and had to give up my truck my phone has been cut off and buying food is a problem I call today just to hear I am tyo be replaced I talked to my shop steward and he told me not to worry it maybe just untill I get back to work my problem is I an recieving no disability I was told it is a workman compinsastion problem and workmanss compisation says I have an open case but i will get no money because it was not reported I am confused who was supposed to report this I feel like a cheap slave from a dollerday sale my god I juat don'tthis this is fair I have a lawyer but it is taking so long and I cannot put food on the table I will not be in shape to work untill next maybe october
