I ordered hair bows from this company on Nov. 25, 2009. One hair bow was for Christmas, which I got after Christmas so my daughter didn't even wear it. Bows came over a month after ordering them and threehair bows were missing from my order. They said they were on backorder. I waited a month for them to be shipped and nothing. I contacted thecompany through email and asked for a refund. They agreed and said it would be in my account within 48 hours. This was over a month ago. Here it is over four months since I ordered the bows and I'm still dealing with this crappy company. The only way to contact them is through email and they won't respond to any of my emails. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau but even they can't get the company to give me my refund. Their grade with the BBB is an "F" due to other unresolved issues with other upset customers. I don't write reviews but I would highly recommend never orderinghair bows from Alexis Bowtique at www.alexisbowtique.com.
