I paid this bail bond office the 10% of my son's bond and signed an agreetment that if my son didn't go to court he would put a lien on my house. My son went to his court dates, and the case was droppe and closed.
Today the bonds man called me and told me that my sons case was closed, that he put a lien on my house and the court charged him $50.00 so if i wanted the certificate i needed to pay him the $50.00 he was charged to put the lien on my house. I told him he didn't need to put a lien on my house cause my son went to all his court dates, his respond was, "I didn't think he was going to go, so if you want the lien removed pay me my $50.00. we can not let these jerk get away with this
