dear sir/madam i am sending in this complaint re:alianceand lester byress rod glasgow. my complaint is that my benifit gets paid into the branch at byersee rod each week for the last eigth weeks i have been charged 40pounds by the bank for withdrawing my money i wasadvised that the balance avalable was avalable to withdraw .each occesion i withdrew on23rd of june and 28june2009iam being penilised by a.l for takeing out my own money they are charging me five pounds a day for the privlige of geting out my money the bank also have forced me into the red by not takeing out the fiver on day it was in disputre therefore makeing me unable to get my benifit so i have now been charged 25pounds by a/l.i have acted in good faith and a.l have taken money from my disability payment that gose in to my account plese help me get my money back
