Buying on Alibaba Express is a crap shoot. While I did get some of the five pages of jewelry and toys I ordered, MUCH never came and when it did it was NOT what was pictured. Sometimes they sent doubles and sometimes they sent nothing at all. They never leave you alone. You can explain over and over the truth and their retorts get repeated over and over. This website is a scam. Buyer beware. The different vendors keep contacting you to check in, rate them, re-rate them, write recommendations for them etc. They play blind deaf and dumb when I tried to explain that I never got their goods. They said things were leather when they were plastic. Goods came smelling of mold. Doubles were sent, many NOT ever sent. I spend over $1000 for shoddy, smelly, fraudulent items and the time it takes to try to square it all up is wasted. The dispute board never does anything. No one helps. I would NEVER buy again from these vendors. Once they have your money, you are screwed.
