I mailed the rebate form plus the box end with codes as directed and a copy of my order confirmation for a new phone service but did not get my rebate. I have been in contact with AT&T online but they say the did not receive it. I has been since July 2008 they said it takes at least 8 weeks. Now it is OCtober 30, 2008. They were suppose to send the rebate promo card. I have always had trouble with AT&T and their rebates. It takes several phone calls just to get the correct form. Then all that and nothing.
