OK.. so.. I ordered my system a few months back and despite taking over a month to arrive (or about that long) I am very impressed with it. Overall ive had a great experience.. apart from now. Now I realise that Alienware standard system cooling sounds like they mean that its a fan cooling system (which it is) however on the design page there is clearly a picture that states that the system has liquid cooling. Now assuming that there is only one option that you can choose and that they clearly state that there is liquid co0ling, thats what youd expect to get. Youd dont get it... I have already filed a complaint and told them what my problem is but as the people were foreign I dont think they knew what I was talking about.
