The previous two complaints describe Mr. Ciaglia to a tee. In addition to what sounds like questionable business practices from the other two complaints, I've heard that All-American Auctioneers was evicted from their Plainfield location in June 2009 for failure to pay rent in excess of $30, 000 - so says the judgement from the Will County court.
