My driver handled a potentially difficult evening highway situation with great care, competence and professionalism. He took time to make sure I was fine before proceeding with preparing my 4-wheel drive SUV for its tow. He was reassuring, friendly, polite and had a good sense of humor. After depositing my car at my mechanics garage, around 9:30 pm, he offered to drive me to a convenient location to facilitate my return home. Thank you for the great help.
