They have got to be the WORSE business I have ever dealt with. Their office staff is BEYOND RUDE! they treat you like you are the scum of the earth and like they are doing YOU a favor by even talking to you. I had my car towed and was being very nice about the situation but I have an out of state tag and registration and they basically told me that my registration wasn't valid and I couldn't get my car. After dealing all morning with the DMV in the state where my registration was from, they confirmed that I did indeed have a valid registration and that the towing company can easily look it up. The office staff at the towing company basically told me they weren't going to look it up and to call the supervisor and let him deal with it. After speaking with a supervisor who confirmed that fact that my registration was valid, I had to go back and deal with the women again who basically threw my papers at me, wouldn't admit to her mistake or apologize and told me that it wasn't her problem. Poor attitude from a young girl who needs a lesson in manners and dealing with people. I feel like in this day and economy, businesses should learn to treat customers appropriately and unfortunately we as consumers are sometimes at the mercy of people like this who are disgusting human beings. And shame on any business who contracts with this company as their preferred towing vendor
