After 3 months of dealing with Dell, I have determined that they will lie, cheat. steal, and mislead you in their advertising. They will also install incompatible drivers that cause your laptop stop working correctly, they will make false charges to your Dell credit card. I have not spoken to one single Dell representative that has not lied to me over the 3 Dell laptops i have purchased over last 3 months. I ended up paying 350.00 for one year 24/7 teckie support to get my laptops repaired because Dell would not help me in any way resolve a number of issues with the laptops. NEVER BUY A DELL and if dell would like to argue the things I have just written I will be more than happy to meet them in a court room. The I will have a number of other issues to bring to theit attention. Thanks for your time and allowing me to express my experence
