I ordered on line from all-ink.com printer supplies a compatible laser toner. I got a response back they had processed my order and would be sending it out.

It took two weeks for it to arrive and when it did it was the wrong toner for my printer. I have tried to contact them for an exchange, but I have been unable to get anyone but automation from their phone service.

I fax them a copy of my order, it is always busy. I E-Mailed them on their site at several places and still no response.

I have been trying to reach anyone alive. I am returning their toner for credit.

I would advise you not use this web site to order anything, because of no contact back when a problem arises.
