I ordered some toner that All-Laser specified as "minimum order two". The package that they promptly sent contained only one cartridge, and my complaint went unanswered, so I was stiffed for $17.50 (plus shipping). These things will happen over a lifetime, but if you have a choice between All-Laser and somebody else, I'd go with the somebody else.
