I ordered an item on December 3o,2007 and still have not received it. I have emailed and received no response. I have called their listed phone number which sends me to the website www.dvdavenue.com which is no help either. There is no way to contact them it seems. They posted the amount to my account right away. I am in the process of contacting my bank to find out my options from here.
