This company is a total scam. The lady Irma Beresford came off as a realtor and said they would sell my timeshare for a commission upon sale, and when it came right down to it I had to pay upfront fee for a market analysis to see what my property was worth. Against my better judgement I agreed to pay the $540, and suprise, suprise, Nothing ever happened with it. I signed up with All Realty Inc of Daytona and they have since closed and opened under this new name and will not respond to me or acknowledge that i am a client of theirs, even though its the same owner. These guys are worse than all the rest because they are Licensed REALTORS charging upfront fees to "market" my timeshare. Hopefully this will help someone thinking of doing business with these SCAMMERS.
