UUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH! Complete phone harassment. DO NOT AGREE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. First of all, it was NEVER stated to me that I was OBLIGATED to anything. Now I keep getting calls that I had agreed to purchase a CASE of toner which consists of 12 or 14 cartridges at $141 each. (or something like that). Holy crap! WHAT??? I've had 3 or 4 different people call me and offer to send me a free "gift" if I agree to take the next shipment. Well, the price really wasn't that bad for the high yield of pages that you get, but I'm not obligating myself to 14 of them. After numerous harassing calls by them, I finally agreed to take one more and they would cancel the rest. W*R*O*N*G... got a call again a few weeks after recieving the second cartridge informing me that they were sending ANOTHER one out!!! If I receive one more call, I will be contacting authorities, somewhere, somehow!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! AND don't let them try to tell you that you agreed to recieve and buy 14 toner cartridges!
