this business supposedly has been in business for 27 years yet somehow they dont seem to know how to finish a job, not scam people or make enemies. the solicited business around my father's neighborhood saying they would do all sorts of tree and yard care, discount for cash and have the jobs done 'be the end of the weekend. it is now 3 weeks later, they have collected the fees under duress and much of the work is unfinished (they only did about 1/3 and dumped all the waste from the whole neighborhood into his yard), and leaving assorted trash and tools in the yard. they no longer answer the phone and even when they did, they wouldn' asnwer "all year tree care this is (fill in name), only 'hello' and resist giving their name. i have called 7 times at my father's request as he is now almost hospital bound w/ stress from this, not eating and not sleeping. they rounded up between $10k - $15 by my estimate, all in cash, from honest people. they have no less than 2 reports on bbb.org.
