The company charges a monthly fee against the card balance without ever informing the gift recipient. They assert that the fee is disclosed in the service agreement for the card. But it is a Gift Card! I received a Gift Card as a present; I never received any service agreement with it. When I activated my Gift Card they didn't tell me they were going to take money away from the Gift every month if I didn't spend it before they took it. The card expires on 10/10. No where on the card does it mention a monthly fee if it isn't used before then. This company will steal your Gift if you give them a chance.
