I have been seeing this female doctor for over a year in Sevierville. She seems like a real nice lady and the staff too. Unfortunately for me I got the bad end of the stick. After going to the walk in clinic on Prince Street in Sevierville for sometime I have witnessed a lack of patient attention, RX refill delays and request for medicine ignored. I attempted to call and ask why my medicines were being delayed or not called in. The staff avoided me and my calls after a while. This matter was not resolved so I had no choice but share it with the Health Board. The government sides with businesses anymore. The media is all that is available to consumers as a recourse for redress.
