bed bath and beyond advertised a Jumbo Elite rolling cart both on line and in stores. after calling to confirm they had it in the northside store i went there. the sku cart that matched the sku number was a shoddy chinese knockoff. Jumbo Elite is a brand name and what they had was a "Helping Hands" brand. this is bait and switch. my girlfriend needed the cart the next day, she is an art school student and uses it to carry her stuff to class. the next day i found a real Jumbo Elite and bought it for her. i kept the knockoff for my use. the second time i used it the wheel broke off. this cart was used 3 times. i emailed them and they never responded. i contacted the Better Business Bureau and they never responded. they bait and switched me, pawned off shoddy merchandise and ignored complaintes.
