9 days after dropping off a window AC for repair Amy the supervisor gave me a list of excuses as to why it wasn't done. I told her it didn't matter, other companies quoted me 2 day. She 'promised' it would be done the next day so my husband shows to pick up. It's not done. I call Amy and she says, "I guess I lied". I talk to Tom Sandavol the owner and he tells me 10 day is not unreasonable, won't deal with me anymore but will deal with my husband, repeatedly parrots back my statement that I'd never been treated so badly by another company by saying "I've never been treated so badly by a customer in all my life", asks me what I do for a living then asks if "those are college words you're using", tells me "Lady, lady, I done already told you...", tells me how he's 1 in 5 who can do some other job in the entire city and ends with telling me what my warranty does not cover- specifically. At this point I'm sure he's going to sabotage my unit. We took the unit to another company and it was done in 2 days.
