Attitude of manager, Kevin Brown, Was rude to the point of being just plain ignorant. There was no attempt to work with customer, I.E., Telling customer to go ahead and hang up because he didn'care, said he would resolve problem his own way. I feel very sorry for any one that has to deal with him.
