DOPE SQUAD

i upgraded my mother board, graphic card, and proccessor and my pc was working fine. i only neede to update my bios and i couldent find the file needed. so i thought i call the geek squad coz apparantly they know everything and anything about computers. they knew nothing and what topped it off was they were going to charg me £120 for a visit just to update a bios on a working pc.
