I had a credit for nerly $1000 with Alligiant, When I called a month ago, they said it was ok if I used the credit 1 week or so afterwards, since I did pay for it. To my suprise when I tried using it they said too Bad, its expired.
The Customer Services Rep. Lafayette, refused to let me speak to his superior, and Hung up the phone !!! after waiting 20 min. to talk to them.
This airline is a scam. Buyer beware
I Will also contact the Better Business Bureau, and Sue.
